Labour
The standard labour charge is £30 per hour, with no call out fee.
Any work estimated to take less than 2 hours can be completed at your home, any more and I will have to take the computer away.
An offsite repair will never cost more than £100, but most of the time its much less than that. You can also opt to have the computer repaired away from home from the outset.
Firstly sending an email or calling is free! If I think that your issue could be solved over the phone without having to visit I will. This will cost you nothing!
Parts
Any parts needed at any stage of a repair will be charged extra to labour costs. The customer will be consulted regarding the purchasing and installation of any parts always. All parts come with a 1 year warranty.
Typical Labour Costs
Operating System Reinstall Including data backup and restoration: £45
Replacement of a faulty hard drive (including copying of existing data where possible and reinstall of Operating System): £60
Upgrades (Hard drives, Memory, Graphics cards e.t.c): £30
Virus Removal: £45
